		<description>I should point out that for film at least an R-18+ rating in Australia is the equivalent of NC-17 in the US. A US &quot;R&quot; rating would mostly map to MA-15+ here based on past experience with films. 

As far the ESRB ratings go, an R is equivalent to an AO in the US with some high level ESRB M ratings thrown in. It&#039;s hard because of the differences in the age categories between here and there, which is why some US M rated games (17+) miss the MA rating here (15+).

As for the internet censorship thing, it doesn&#039;t currently exist outside of a test lab and I expect it never will, it&#039;s being pushed by a few social conservatives, coincidentally the same ones who hold up an R rating because &quot;games are for children&quot; or some such attitude.</description>
