			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>About bloody time telstra removed the <a href="http://www.internode.on.net/adsl2/graph/">artificial 1.5Mbps speed limit</a> they&#8217;ve placed on all wholesale and retail DSL connections since 1999. We might catch up to the developed world yet&#8230;</p>
<p>My modem tells me I&#8217;ll nearly get 6Mbps out of it, but the downside is that the wholesale costs are so expensive, it will cost me $20 more than if I was on my ISPs hardware in the exchange :-/ AND it would be DSL2+, maybe even with Annex M!</p>
<p>I can&#8217;t believe this crap. Hurry up <a href="http://www.internode.on.net">internode</a>, DSLAM required in Mowbray (MOAY), stat! <img src='http://warrenseen.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':-P' class='wp-smiley' />
